A clogged commercial toilet drain is not just an inconvenience - it is a real problem for any business. Customers notice. Employees notice. And every hour that restroom is out of commission is an hour your operation is running at less than full capacity.
Here is what we were working with on this one. The toilet had been pulled, the floor was a mess, and the drain was completely blocked. Not the kind of thing a plunger is going to fix. We got our snake cable down into the floor drain and worked through the clog from the base - right at the flange - to make sure the blockage cleared all the way through the line.
We also ran the line from the exterior clean-out access outside. That two-point approach - working from inside and from the clean-out - gives us a much better shot at fully clearing a stubborn commercial drain. It also helps us confirm the line is moving freely before we call the job done.
That is really the difference between a quick patch and an actual fix. Getting eyes and tools on the problem from multiple angles. Main sewer line cleaning done right means less chance of a callback and more confidence that the drain is going to keep working the way it should.
Commercial plumbing problems do not wait for a convenient time to show up. A backed-up restroom can happen on your busiest day. We show up, we dig into the problem, and we get the line flowing again - so your business can get back to normal.
